The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, has a requirement to acquire a list of replacement parts from the Original Equipment Manufacturer MacTaggart Scott & Co. Ltd.: =20 This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; A written solicitation will not be issued Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. This is 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS Code is 332999. NUWC Division Newport intends to purchase the following items: _ Rotor, PO3504900 3 ea. Piston, PO37900 -- 30 ea.=20 Crosshead PO 3504800 -- 30 ea. Cam Follower U80053800 -- 60 ea. Face Valve PO4314900 -- 3 ea. Loading Plunger PO4178800 -- 49 ea. Outer Break Ring, PO4293100 -- 3 ea. Inner Break Ring PO4292500 -- 3 ea. Brake Piston, PO33149100 -- 3 ea. Required delivery is 30 weeks after award, F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport; Newport, RI. It is expected to place a purchase order with Mactaggart Scott & Co., Ltd. They are the only known source for these items. However, all other timely offers will be considered.
