Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is contemplating award on a sole source purchase order to AT&T Corp for annual services to provide FTS2000 Circuit Migration to SCS from Keyport NPA 360-396 to Hawaii NPA 808-668. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N00253-02-Q-0017 and is issued as a Request for Quote. The following provisions apply to this solicitation, 52:212-1 Commercial Items; 52:212-3 Offeror Representation and Certification Commercial Items; 52:212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and 52:212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Commer cial Items. Responses shall be due no later than 1600 hours PT on 21 November 01. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used for this procurement. See numbered Note 22*****
