USDA Forest Service, Caribbean National Forest is seeking qualified real estate appraisers to provide services under a multiple-award indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery (IDIQ) contract for potential acquisition or exchange property in Puerto Rico. No properties have been identified at this time. All appraisal work shall conform to the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA).
