The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) intends to acquire proprietary maintenance for its installed For/Marconi network equipment under exception (A) FAR 6.302-1 ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE AND NO OTHER SUPPLIES OR SERVIDES WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS. Note that this is not a solicitation synopsis. Any source having the qualifications to provide this sevice must make themselves known no later than Friday, December 14, 2001.
