- Description
- Work consists of installation of new floor, wall and roof insulation; installation, taping, texturing of new sheetrock; and complete patching and painting of the interior of the building. This is the fourth phase in the complete remodel of the existing fire warehouse for use as office space. Building is located in Brookings, Oregon. Estimated issue date of the solicitation is November 30, 2001. Total contract time is 90 calendar days.
