Description

The purpose of this amendment is to change the solicitation due date and correct an administrative error. Paragraph (ii) is changed to read: (ii) The reference number is FB448812910134 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Paragraph (ix) is changed to read: The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Paragraph (a) of FAR 52.212-2 is added to read: lowest price technically acceptable?. Paragraph (xvi) is changed to read: The solicitation due date is 28 November 2001. Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of this solicitation, remains unchanged.
