- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award MacNeal Schwendler Corporation, on other than full and open competitive basis, a one year maintenance contract for MSC/NASTRAN-standard with superelements and design optimization, product #1004, 1032 and 1031, in-house single user for SGI Octane Irix, and a two year maintenance contract on MSC/ NASTRAN for Windows basic with dynamics option, product # 1073 and 1053. Sole source is based on software being proprietary to MacNeal Schwendler Corporation. See note(s) 22.
