Description

Item 0001: Plastic Film Sheeting, Translucent, Frosted White. Similar or equal to XTVLCL-006 (Humphreys) or T-75 (Griffolyn), Size: 40 FT X 100 FT. Plastic film sheeting shall be fire retardant, nylon reinforced PVC, Translucent, Frosted white in color and in accordance with size and vendor s product number as indicated. Preparation for delivery (commercially packaged items). In addition to above requirements the vendor shall package material by Flaking the material to the center to a finished width of 24 -30 wide and then flaking the material again the full length of the 100 piece. Qty: 200 each to be quoted as a delivered price, and delivered in two equal lots of 100 each. First delivery 4 weeks after receipt of order (ARO), second and final delivery six months ARO. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in S ubpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This announcement is issued as N00102-02-Q-0645 and incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition circular 2001-01. The North American Industry Classification System (NAISC) code for this acquisition is (326113). This acquisition is reserved for Small Business. Place of delivery is Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth NH.03801-2500.
