Description

This modification is being done to clarify the response due dates. Letter of Interest shall be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on December 19, 2001. Standard Forms 254 and 255 or its equivalent are due by 3:00 p.m. on January 3, 2002. Both the lett er of interest and the SF 254 and 255 (or its equivalent) shall be addressed to the attention of Laurie Chestnut, GSA, Prope rty Development Division (4PCC), 401 W. Peachtree Street NW, Suite 2500, Atlanta, GA 30308. For submission of the SF 254 a nd 255, the following information MUST be on the outside of the sealed envelope: 1) Solicitation Number/Title; 2) Due Date; and 3)Closing Time. Late responses are subject to the provision at FAR 52.214-7. FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THI S PROJECT. The government anticipates funds being made available around March, 2002.
