Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation intends to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis, software licensing for Microsystems Technology, Inc's Optical Character Recognition for Forms. This requirement is sole soured to Dominion Computer Systems, 1820 Erickson Ave., Harrisonburg, VA, 22801.
