Description

17. The Bureau of alcohol, Tobbacco and Firearms ATF intends to negotiate a Sole Sole service contract with American Science & Engineering Inc, 829 Middlesex Turnpike Billerica, MA 08121 for maintenance for the following X-Ray machines: 1 each Model #101GT, serial GT-195, located in Martinsburg, WV, 1 each Model #101-GT, Serial #GT-204 located in Atlanta, GA, Model #101-GT, Serial # GT-211 located in Cincinnati, OH, 1 each Model #10122, Serial #FL-587 Located in Falling Waters, WV. This award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisitions procedure under FAR subpart 13.5. Award will be based on meeting the requirements listed above, on a all or none basis. All interested parties must submit a technical proposal that demonstrate the capability to provide maintenance support services for the subject X-ray machines to include cost, within 1 day after the date of this publication. All quotes must complete a SF-3381, ACH/vendor miscellaneous payment enrollment form, for payment via electronic funds transfer. Quotes are acceptable by mail of fax to 202 927-8688 to Attn: Sonia Goodman. All responses must be in writing. No telephone inquires will be accepted. No solicitation document exists.. All quotes must include detailed literature on ability and resources to perform this service.
