Contract award to IBM Corporation for DB2 proprietary services in support of IBM OS/390 environment at the USPS Eagan computer facility. Total value of the award is $346,240 with the maximum potential value of $2.002M assuming all annual renewal options are exercised. No award will be based upon any offer or proposal received in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS. This synopsis is published for information purposes only. Information received as a result of this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive procurement. A determination by the USPS not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the USPS.
