Description

The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service will be negotiating exclusively with the Gallup Radiolists, PO Box 2034, Gallup, New Mexico for professional diagnostic radiology services for the Zuni Indian Hospital located on the Zuni Indian Reservation, Zuni, New Mexico. Projected start date for contract services is January 1, 2002. The contractor will be required to provide on-site radiology services which include Fluoroscopy, including UGI, barium swallows, barium enemas, Fistulgrams and other procedures within the specialty. The contract will be awarded for a base year and four, one-year options for renewal as a sole source procurement. The announcement is for public information only and no other solicitation will be released. Request for Proposal packages ARE NOT AVAILABLE. REFER TO NOTE NO. 22.
