Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F08602-02-JP005, Request for Quotation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-26. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 2759, Commercial Printing, Not Elsewhere Classified, the size standard of which is 500 in number of employees. This procurement is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. DESCRIPTION: This solicitation is for the silk-screening of rewritable optical DVD media. REQUIREMENTS: ITEM 001: Mitsui 4.7GB Gold DVD-R or equal, silk-screened per existing artwork. White thermal top surface, with no riser (stacking) rings. Disks to be delivered on bulk spindles. Printed using spot color silk screening. (NOT four-color process) Quantity of 2,000 discs. Includes check disks for color matching and testing submitted for customer approval before producing final shipment. DELIVERY ADDRESS: 2705 Zemke Ave. Macdill AFB, FL 33621. FOB: FOB Destination is being solicited, if you are quoting otherwise, state so in your quote, along with the applicable shipping and handling charges. DELIVERY DATE: 14 Days after date of award or less.
