NSN: 1560-01-134-7281, PN: 70304-02116-051, PRON: AX1F0461, Quantity: Min: 38 each, Max: 178 each, this is a 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the UH-60 Helicopter. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to Texark ana, TX. The closing date annotated is an estimate date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to to the date as stated above. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 5 each, 360 days after contract award (DACA), and 5 each per month thereafter until delivery is complete. First Article Test Report is due 228 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 5 each, 240 DACA, and 5 each per month thereafter until delivery is complete. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there is no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processes through their respective embassies. This Acquisition cont ains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States.
