Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested. The solicitation may be viewed at htt p://www.uspfo-mo.org. The solicitation number is DAHA23-02-T-0008. Solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are current through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This request is being solicited as 100% set aside for Small Disadvant aged Businesses under SIC code 3728. The Missouri National Guard is accepting proposals to procure the following parts. It is our intent to award a firm-fixed price contract. Parts are for a Mode Select Panel off of a CH 47 helicopter. Part Numbers and quantities for each part follow: (1) Switch Push P/N 10648BG18-102, 20 Each; (2) Switch Push, P/N 10348BG18-201, 20 Each; (3) Light Module, P/N 10648BG18-224, 10 Each; (4) Light Module, P/N 10648BG18-225, 10 Each; and (5) Push Button Retainer, P/N 53029 1, 100 Each. New parts are required, and warranty period must be stated. Delivery is required by 31 December 2001. Parts are to be delivered to Springfield, MO, 65803. Please quote destination. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions of proposals, if determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. Should discussions be necessary because of proposal deficiency or other issues, they will be conducted either orally or in writing only with those offerors who are determined to be in the competitive range. The offeror will be given the opportunity to correct those deficiencies and resubmit their offer. The Government will select the most technically acceptable, low cost offer, and award will be made based on the best value to the Government. Vendor will provide with proposal a cost for each item with a total cost including freight. Offeror will submit (l) Technical proposal addressing ability to supply parts; (2) Cost proposal as addressed above; (3) Past Performance, Evaluation- Commercial Items FAR 52.212-2. (Submit three references for past performance that includes company name, point of contact and telephone number.) The following clauses apply: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; include a completed co py of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Item. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions; FAR Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commer cial Items, 252.225-7001 and 252-225-7004. It is mandatory that all Vendors quoting are Central Contractor Registered (CCR).
