Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number JFK02Q00020 is being issued as an Invitation for Bid. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. This solicitation is unrestricted. Following is the Schedule that must be submitted. The item details are provided in the following order: line item number, description, quantity, unit. In your bid, please provide a unit price and total cost for each subline item. All the following items should be Motion Labs Products. No substitutions on the items. 0001- C-8 with Nema L21-30 I/O, Modular motor control and power distribution system w/50' remote station in aluminum lined road case, with circuit protected 7 pin socapex motor control outputs, 3 each; 0002- 8 channel Nema style motor control system Main power terminals, P/C to hoists on 7 pin socapex connectors, local/remote option, 16 space steel enclosure with 26 pin remote control access, 1 each; 0003- 50' 7 pin socapex motor power/control cable, 20 each; 0004- 100' 7 pin socapex motor power/control cable, 5 each; 0005- I-Beam clamp with 2-ton capacity, 4 each; 0006- 1 ton 'CM Lodestar' 32 fpm chain motor with 60' chain complete with 7 pin socapex plug on a 3' tail, XLR, 2 swivel hooks and chain bag, 8 each; 0007- 1/2 ton 'CM Lodestar' chain motor with 60' chain complete with 7 pin socapex plug on a 3' tail, XLR, 2 swivel hooks and chain bag, 12 each; 0008- 1 ton 'CM Lodestar' 32 fpm chain motor with 110' chain complete with 7 pin socapex plug on a 3' tail, XLR, 2 swivel hooks and chain bag, 4 each; 0009- Swivel steel Cheeseborough clamp for 1-1/2" pipe, 50 each; 0010- Fixed steel Cheeseborough clamp for 1-1/2" pipe, 50 each; 0011- Swivel aluminum Cheeseborough clamp for 2" pipe, 50 each; 0012- Fixed aluminum Cheeseborough clamp for 2" pipe, 50 each; 0013- Prostar CM 600lbs electric 3ph 230v chain hoist with 65' chain, 3' seven pin socapex power and control cord, swivel hook on chain, swivel hook on motor, 20' per min. and chain bag, 3 each; 0014- Prostar CM 600lbs electric 120v chain hoist with 65' chain, 3' power cord with Nema 5-15 plug 3' control cord with Nema L 5-15 connector body, swivel hook on chain, swivel hook on motor and chain bag, 1 each; 0015- 8 way handheld remote station, 2 each; 0016- 16 way handheld remote station, 2 each; 0017- 50' 8-way remote control cable, 6 each; 0018- 100' 8-way remote control cable, 2 each; 0019- 8 way remote control wire, 250 each; 0020- Shipping, 1 JB. All items shall be shipped to Loading Dock #1 at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Attn: Production Department, 2700 F Street NW, Washington, DC 20566-0001 by December 19, 2001. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial applies to this acquisition. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ?Commercial Items shall be returned with the completed Schedule to the following address: The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Attn: Contracting, 2700 F Street NW, Washington, DC 20566-0001 no later than 11:00am on December 5, 2001. Facsimile quotes will be accepted on (202) 416-8975, however, quotes which are not transmitted in time to be received by this office at or before 11:00am will be late and will not be considered for award. Bear in mind that there is only one facsimile machine and numerous firms may be submitting quotes. Clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commerical Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commericial Items with clause 52.232-34, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Other than Central Contractor Registration will apply to the resulting contract.
