Description

Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or services, except those specified as government furnished in the Statement of Work, necessary to perform Wastewater Treatment services at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico. Services shall be in compliance with all local, state and federal regulatory standards including the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES)permit. Proposed contract is for a basic period of 6 months and four (4) one-year option periods with an anticipated start date of 1 April 2002. This acquisition will be solicited as full and open competition. This is a best value past performance/price (PPT) tradeoff in which an offeror's past performance is significantly more important than price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 221320 with a size standard of $5.0 million. This requirement will be solicited under FAR Part 12 utilizing commercial acquisition procedures. The solicitation and Statement of Work will be issued on or about 20 December 2001 utilizing the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) at http://www.eps.gov. Interested offerors are encouraged to register for this solicitation through Federal Business Opportunities to ensure they receive all documents associated with the acquisition in a timely manner. No solicitation packages or amendments will be mailed. Telephone responses will not be accepted.
