Single award term contract for the period 04-01-02 to 03-31-03. Certificate packets, consisting of a certificate and an information sheet inserted into an envelope with chipboard stiffener, 8-1/2 x 11", and envelopes, 8-3/4 x 11-1/2", printing in black ink and gold embossing. Anticipating 30 orders per year for approximately 10,000-18,000 packets per order. Operations include printing, gold embossing, inserting, and mailing. Quality Level III.
