Description

SYNOPSIS: Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and tools to provide and install a commercial-type 300 gallon concrete grease interceptor. Selective demolition will be required to remove a 4 foot diameter concrete holding tank located in the vicinity of location for the new grease interceptor. Existing 4 inch diameter underground terra cotta sanitary piping will have to be modified in order to install the new grease interceptor. Existing 4 inch plumbing line shall also be flushed upstream and downstream of future location of new grease interceptor. The work also includes all incidental related work such as excavating, back-filling, and site surface restoration. The performance period is thirty (30) calendar days from award date. The estimated price range is less than $25,000. Award will be made to the lowest responsible, responsive quoter. The anticipated award date is December 12, 2001. This solicitation is being issued as an Emerging Small Business Set-Aside pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program An Emerging Small Business is defined as a small business concern whose size is no greater than 50 percent of the numerical size standard applicable to the NAICS code below. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 234910, with a size standard of $27.5 million.
