Description
See Commerce Business Daily Note 22. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency intends to award to Veridian Systems Division a one-year continuation effort that involves research, development, test and evaluation on the radionuclide station hardware, software, and operational procedures and on data center processing of radionuclide station data to support nuclear test detection, monitoring and verification systems. The station effort will be focused on the Radionuclide Aerosol/Sampler Analyzer (RASA) and on the Automated Radioxenon Sampler/Analyzer (ARSA) hardware and software. The primary objective of this effort is to maintain and enhance both the station collection and data processing components of particulate and noble gas radionuclide nuclear test detectio n, monitoring and verification systems.
