Description

(a) Services non-personal. Mess Attendants. Provide all labor and expertise for mess attendant services for the Utah Air National Guard Base, Salt Lake City, Utah. Services will be performed one to two times per month on Training weekends. Tasks includ e, but are not limited to, cleaining of dinning hall and equipment, dishwashing, busing tables, replenishing supplies, serving food in the food service line. (b) Expertise: The contractor must furnish one lead attendant to supervise other mess attendant s and perform quality control, identify deficiencies and correct as necessary. (c) All contractors must be registered in CCR in order to be eligible for award. CCR registration is available at www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. (d) Contractors w ill be required to submit a written proposal. (e) Proposed contract award is for one base year and two option years. (f) Anticipated award date is 26 December 2001. (g) Contractors may request copies of the solicitation after 12-6-01 by faxing a request to 801-245-2339 ATTN: Shelley Schrader. (h) All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the UTANG.
