Description

The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide pest management services for the VA Medical Center in North Chicago, IL, for the period 1/01/02 thru 12/31/02 plus four one-year options to renew. After contract award the contractor shall develop an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan for approval by the VA . The contract includes approximately 50 buildings, ranging from approximately 1,900 sq. ft. to approximately 185,000 sq. ft. There will be a site inspection for all interested firms on Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2001. More details can be found in the solicitation. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about Nov 23, 2001. This procurement is being conducted under the Subpart 13.5 test program where simplified acquisition procedures apply and the conduct of the procurement will be in accordance with Parts 12, 13, or 15 of the FAR or some combination thereof. NAICS number is 561710. Size standard is $5 million. Non-personal services. This is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
