Description

Notice of Intent to award a sole source firm-fixed contract to Hampton Inn, Toole, Utah to make available fifty-one (51) hotel rooms for fifty-one (51) days and two meeting rooms which will be utilized as a operations post to include the installation of cameras, security and communication equipment; along with vehicle storage and parking facilities during the period January 28, 2002 through March 20, 2002. The authority for Other Than Full and Open Competition is FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This notice is not a request for bids or proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
