Description

ASSIST INSTRUCTOR TRAINING WORKSHOP Place of Performance: Dayton, Oh Period of Performance: 28 Jan -- 1 Feb 02. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The proposed source is Living Works Education, Calgary, AB, Canada This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government, The Statement of work can be obtained by calling the POC. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. See Local Note H
