ABVS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. Quantity: 520 each to be delivered to Tracy, CA within 115 DARO or best possible delivery. 100% option to be included in RFP. Solicitation issue date is December 12, 2001.
