This item is source controlled to General Electric Co. which is the only approving activity, DSCR will not evaluate alternate offers. FOB destination. Inspection and acceptance at origin. Critical item. QAP B02 applies. See Notes 23 & 26. Unrestricted. ABVS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. Quantity: 40 each to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA within 190 DARO and 80 each to be delivered to Tracy, CA within 190 DARO. 100% option included in the RFP.
