The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open compe tition basis the following items: 1) Case, Transfer and Storage Part No. 8431338, Rev J ECS Part No. 15607 Qty 25. This req uirement is sole sourced to ECS Composites, P.O. Box 188, Grants Pass, OR as the only qualified and approved vendor to produ ce this part. Any firms believing that they can provide the Case, Transfer and Storage Case may submit a written response t o be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing i t's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
