Description

Approximately 1500 to 1800 square feet in a secure enclosed building, with heat, electricity and snow removal to securely store and maintain the equipment NRCS staff will be using. One overhead door is needed that is large enough for a 3/4 ton (F-250 Ford) pickup to drive in. The NRCS owns a container (8X40 feet) that needs to be located next to the warehouse. Therefore they would like to acquire 1500 square feet of warehouse storage space with public road access with in the city of Nome. If it isn't possible to locate the container next to the warehouse, than NRCS would remove all items in the container and store them in the warehouse increasing the space to 1,800 square feet. NRCS would prefer a 5-year long term lease with occupancy required on or before January 15, 2002.
