This amendment is to add solicitation F42630-02-Q-0029. Item 0001 NSN 2835-01-181-4168RP P/N: 3609196-1, Provides the means to transfer applied torque from the APU to the gearbox which applies initial electric, hydraulic, and air bleed power to the aircraft. Then in turn, provides initial starting power for main engine starts. 4ea. Applicable to: B-1b. Destn: Hill Air Force Base, Ut 84056-5825. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
