Description

The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, Cincinnati, Ohio has a requirement for three (3) Model 110 Rotating Moudi, 10-stage with accessories. The Micro-Orifice, Uniform-deposit impactors (Moudi) must have the following specifications: 1) Capable of counting and sizing particles in the size range 0.056 to 18 microns, 2) Have the following particle size cut-points: 18, 10, 5.6, 3.2, 1.8, 1.0, 0.56, 0.32, 0.18, 0.10, 0.056 microns, 3) Flow rates of 30 liters per minute 4) The impactor must rotate to provide uniform particle deposits for chemical analysis, 5) be capable of collecting milligram quantities, 6) weigh 26 pounds or less. Interested vendors are invited to submit a response, within fifteen (15) calendar days aftger publication of this notice, which must include prices and technical data sufficent to determine capability to meet the above requirments. No solicitation document exists, however, all responses from vendors demonstrating their capabilities will be fully coonsidered. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized for this purchase. All offerors are requested to respond with their written offered pricing and provide all data as requested not later than 4:30 p.m. (EDT), December 14, 2001.
