Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issued a sole source purchase order to Western Identification Network, Inc. for the renewal of data base access. A Justification For Other Than Full and Open Competition has been certified, justified and approved for Western Identification Network, Inc. This requirement will be accomplished through the Simplified Acquisition Rules under FAR 13, dated December 15, 1994. There is no solicitation available. The closing date is December 15, 2001.
