Description

Desc: Service contract to test for operational readiness of Government-owned oxygen cylinders. Item 0001: Hydrostatic testing, painting, refilling and labeling the following cylinders, 000101: 850 ea, 1,650 gal Oxygen cylinder; 000102: 2,032 ea, 95 gal Oxygen cylinder; 000103: 134 ea, 2,000 gal Nitrous Oxide cylinder. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Procedures to be used in awarding the contract will be under a written quotation with an anticipated award date of 02 Jan 02. Solicitation requests should be submitted in writing via fax to 910 451 2332 indicating Request for Quote number, Contractor s name, street address, telephone number (comm and fax), point of contact and business type (small, disadvantaged, or large). The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. See Note 1. Award will be made to only an offeror registered on the Central Contractor Registration site at www.ccr2000.com. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
