Description

Contractor to provide maintenance and repair services on a "per call" basis for environmental test equipment located at Picatinny Arsenal. The equipment is used to provide temperature conditioning for environmental testing generally in the range of -100 degrees F to +200 degrees F. The type of repairs anticipated include but are not limited to, repair refrigerant leaks, recharge systems, replace belts, replace and/or repair failed seals, valves, electrical components, refrigeration components and assemblies so that the systems operate in a reliable manner. Any proposed contractor must have trained personnel, be recognized as a commercial/industrial specialist and possess his/her own tools and equipment to perform the maintenance work. Contractor's response time must be within two working days of receipt of notification and all repairs shall be completed within five working days.
