Description

AMCOM proposes to acquire on an other than full and open competitive basis, maintenance and overhaul, indefinite quantity/delivery (IDIQ) firm fixed price contract of OH-58D Combustion Liner applicable to the Kiowa Warrior aircraft and the T703 Engine. Mi nimum Quantity: 60 each, Maximum Quantity: 300 each. Input/Output NSN: 2840-01-439-4724; Input/Output P/N: 23066675. Upon completion of overhaul the asset's anticipated shipment destination is Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX or New Cumberland, P A (FOB Origin). The government required output delivery schedule is 60 days after receipt of assets at a rate of 5 each per month. This requirement is restricted to Rolls Royce Corporation, Indianapolis, Indiana and Rolls Royce Authorized Maintenance Cen ters (licensees). Overhaul shall be in accordance with Rolls Royce Overhaul Manual/Publication 14W3, current changes and commercial engineering bulletins (CEBs). The Government does not own or posses a Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) nor techni cal data package for this item. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This requirement is currently unfounded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. No telephone request for solicitation will be accepted. Request for solicitation will be by datafax or mail only.
