- Description
- Full elevator maintenance and repair service on elevator installation including 7 days, 24 hour call-back service. Contract will cover full maintenance that includes emergency call back servce, inspections, & preventative maintenance of each elevator & dumbwaiters. Contractor shall clean, adjust & lubricate equipment, determine the nature & extent of any trouble required to restore elevators to satisfactory service, furnish and install parts, if conditions warrant.
