Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons located in Elkton, Ohio requires one contractor to perform Nuclear Cardiology and Stress test services for the inmate population. The individual will conduct a minimum of one (1) session per month and a maximum of 48 sessions per year. Each session =3D one patient. The contractor will need to provide the Nuclear Cardiology equipment to perform the routine exams. The supplies that are routinely used will be provided by FCI Elkton. The contractor will be responsible for performing the following tests: regular treadmill, Cardiolite and Adenosine stress testing, providing patient education, discussing level of findings with clinical director, etc... more responsibilities are available in the statement of work. The services will be performed inside the secure perimeter of the facility in the Health Services Department. The performance period will be one base year + one -- one year option period. This is a small business set-aside, restricted to small businesses eligible for award. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer that will be considered for award.
