Description

VA Connecticut Healthcare System intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Bay State Medical Center, 759 Chestnut Street, Springfield, MA 01199 to acquire radiation therapy consult and treatment services. Services will be provided at contractor's facility. Contractor's facility must be within a 20 mile radius of the Northampton VA in Leeds, MA. This procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302. All proposals received by December 6, 2001 will be considered by VA. A determination based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the VA. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
