Description

The term of this contract is for the period beginning January 1, 2002 and ending December 31, 2002 for Department of commerce (Census). These specifications cover the production of miscellaneous letters, forms, and flyers requiring such operations as copy pickup, proofs, film-making, printing including 4-color process, binding, packing, and distribution. Approximately 95 orders. Approximately 300 to 150,000 copies per order with an occasional order over 150,000 up to and including 700,000 copies. Print face only or face and back. Government to furnish: Electronic Media. Films. Camera copy consisting of line art, and photoprints. RESTRICTION ON LOCATION OF PRODUCTION FACILITIES: All production facilities used in the manufacture of the product(s) ordered under this contract must be located within a 25-mile radius of Suitland, MD. Material, proofs, and print order to be picked up from and delivered to Suitland, MD. Deliver f.o.b. destination and mail f.o.b. contractor's city to various destinations. Production time 5 to 10 workdays. Telephone/Telegraph requests are not acceptable.
