Description

Single award term contract for 1 year (base year period January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2002 and 2 option year periods January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2003 and January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004) for VA Health Care System of Ohio. These specifications cover the production of a magazine requiring such operations as research, writing, editorial management, design, handling electronic files, 4-color process printing, binding, packing, mailing and delivery. Approximately 3 to 4 orders. 8 pages per order. Approximately 222,000 to 225,000 copies per order. Government to furnish: Camera copy. Color and black and white photographs. Disk created in IBM with windows version 3.11 using Word 6.0 or higher for VA provided information. Material to be picked up from and delivered to Cincinnati OH. F.o.b. destination to various addresses in Ohio. Production time 15 workdays after contractor delivers proofs. Telephone/Telegraph requests are not acceptable.
