Description

Unrestricted procurement for Nine (9) National Stock Numbers (NSN) for Aircraft Greases; one NSN is part numbered and 8 NSNs are based upon a Qualified Producers List (QPL). NSNs are=20 9150-00-119-9291, 9150-00-145-0161, 9150-00-181-7724,=20 9150-00-269-8255, 9150-00-408-9635, 9150-00-944-8953,=20 9150-00-961-8995, 9150-00-985-7244 and 9150-01-007-4384. DSCR will award an Indefinite Quantity Contract or Contracts for these items. Multiple awards are authorized by the solicitation. Five year contract(s) anticipated with a base period of one year and four, one-year options. Guaranteed minimum for each NSN will be one-quarter of estimated annual quantity for each NSN. Estimated annual quantity is listed in Schedule B of the solicitation. Maximum for each contract will be 300% of the total estimated value of each contract year. Each line item will have a requirement for Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD) to all locations in the Continental United States and a stock line for shipment to Defense Depot Richmond, Va. Several NSNs have requirements for Surge and Sustainment (S&S). Delivery of DVDs in 15 days after receipt of order, FOB Destination. Depot shipments in 30 days after receipt of order, FOB Destination. First order of each NSN shall be inspected at origin; subsequent orders will be destination inspection. Paperless Ordering Placement System (Electronic Data Interface) will apply to this contract and all orders. Other than full and open competition; Note 22 applies to NSN 9150-00-145-0161 and Note 23 applies to other NSNs in this solicitation. Note 26 also applies; Commercial procedures will be utilized. Automated Best Value System will apply to this procurement. The final contract award(s) decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Large businesses may be required to submit a Small Business/Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting Plan.=20
