Description

Investigation and development support to document methodologies used for analyzing the effects of blast against air systems and light armor targets and identify shortcomings, data voids, and significant contributors to uncertainty. It is the intent of the Government to award a contract on a sole source basis to a Small Business RM Consultant (Robert Mayerhofer), pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This n otice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within fifteen (15) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government nmot to compete this propos ed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competititive procurement.
