Description

Provide architectural engineering services to prepare contract working drawings and specifications; to prepare construction cost estimates; to provide construction period services and site visits; and to provide all necessary materials, tools, equipment, and labor needed for site investigations for NRM project, 619-02-101, REPLACE STEAM PIPING AND VALVES, PHASE 1, at East Campus (Tuskegee) and West Campus (Montgomery), Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System. Work anticipated to be included in the design includes replacement of existing valves and traps, replacement of steam lines, re-insulation of existing pipes, replacement of condensate return pumps, and removal of existing asbestos insulation. Numbered Note 24 applies North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541310 applies and the size standard is $4 Million. SF 254s and 255s must be submitted not later than 12/10/01. Faxed documents will not be accepted. This is an emerging small business set-aside under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
