Description

RFP's are being accepted for the renovation of the Roanoke Dormitory located on the campus of Old Dominion Job Corps C enter in Monroe Virginia. A Scope of Work may be picked up at ODJCC, 1073 Father Judge Road, Monroe, Virginia 24574 between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, or requested via fax to Arthur Burch at (434) 929-3511. Information will be mailed upon written request. Proposals must be received in the ODJCC Purchasing Office by 2:00 pm, December 21, 200 1. All questions regarding specifications are to be directed to Jim Little, Facilities Manager, at (434) 929-4081, ext. 166. Interested parties are to determine their offer based on the specifications. ODJCC reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
