Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is F31610-02-Q-0092 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. This acquisition is being considered for 100 percent small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) code for this acquisition is _336413_. The Small Business size standard is _1000 employees. This procurement is to purchase the following items: Line Item 0001 Qty 42 Each, MPCD Filter Bracket Assemblies, manufactured by Control Products Corporation Part# 2000982-001. Line Item 0002 Qty 23 Each, UFC Filter Bracket Assemblies, manufactured by Control Products Corporation Part# 2000983-001. The following provisions apply to this acquisition. Government will award a purchase order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offer whose proposal, conforming to this synopsis/solicitation, will offer the best value to the Government, price, and other factors considered.
