New and Unused Containers Repackaging of Material: Original Manufacturer?s Commercial Unit packaging is required. Repackaging is not authorized. This is a Critical Commercial Application Item. Specifications, Plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Line Item 0001 Total Quantity is 544. Unit of Issue is Drums, ARO 60 Days, SRG, Unrestricted S olicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and/other evaluation factors as described in the Solicitation.
