- Please note that there were two presolicitation notices issued under this solicitation number, DAAE30-02-R-0305. One was issued on 18 Oct 2001 for 70 -- XM31 Mortar Ballistic Computer. Another notice under same solicitation number was issued on 27 Nov 2001 for 13 -- 120mm Mortar Cartridges. This solicitation number will continue be used for 70 -- XM31 Mortar Ballistic Computer. 13 -- 120mm Mortar Cartridges will be issued under a new solicitation number, DAAE30-02-Q-0306.
