Description
In compliance to OSHA 29 CFR, Part 1910, the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) has a requirement to obtain Medical Surveillance duty physical examinations for Reclamation employees located at Hoover Dam, Boulder City, Nevada. The duty physical examinations include, but are not limited to, Respirator Medical Clearance, DMV Clearance, and other clearances as requested, some basic immunizations and other services that are not categorized as medical surveillance or immunizations such as Wellness exams. The fitness services shall be provided at the contractor's facility. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities or submit proposals. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by December 10, 2001. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The period of performance is undetermined and a determination would depend on the start date of an award. However, all exams shall be completed by July 31, 2002. The Federal Product and Service Code is Q403, the NAICS code is 621111, and the size standard is $7.5M.
