Hawks Advance Training Simulators -- Inspect and Repair only as needed (P/N: G-250420), Upgrade of HPI, CWAR (P/N: G-250380), Digital Mobility Launcher (P/N: G-60278), Installation and Check-out and Maintenance Support. Authority Cited: Statutory Authority Permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C.2304 (c)(1), as implemented by paragraph 6.302-1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation entitled only one responsible source and only a limited number of responsible sources an d no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. This action is sole source to Raytheon Service Company, Missile System Division, Andover Plant, 360 Lowell Street, Andover, Ma 0186-4420. When calling be prepared to state name, address, and solicitation number, all responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
