Description

The U.S. Geological Survey, Minerals Team, has a requirement for analytical support services, which will be performed at the Minerals Team Laboratories on the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Colorado, for a period of 12 months. These non-personal services shall be performed on-site, using Government-furnished equipment and supplies. The Contractor shall provide support in preparing and analyzing geologic/environmental samples for various Minerals Team projects. These tasks will be ongoing and simultaneous throughout the duration of the contract period. In addition, Contractor shall perform routine maintenance and basic "troubleshooting" on all equipment and instrumentation used, and handle, store and dispose of hazardous waste in an QSHA approved fashion.
